Delivery and Shipping
All orders will be dispatched within two business days and an order fulfilment notification will be provided to you via email. Please ensure your shipping address you provide us with is complete and correct. When shipping to a business address, we recommend that you include the business name in your shipping details.
Where do you deliver to within Australia?
We deliver Australia wide either by Australia Post or Sendle. We may also use other independent couriers for regional areas. Express Post services are available with Australia Post and are only delivered to a residential or business addresses. Express Post is not available to PO Boxes.
What days do you home deliver to the Central Coast NSW?
If you live in an eligible suburb, at the checkout you have the option to select Central Coast NSW Delivery. This is a free delivery service to customers on the Central Coast NSW for orders over $100. If your order is under $100 there is a $10 charge. The postcodes we deliver to are: 2250, 2251, 2256, 2257, 2258, 2259, 2260, 2261, 2262, 2263. Orders must be made by midnight on Thursday for Friday otherwise your order will be delivered the next Friday.
How much does delivery cost?
For Australia Post or Sendle, shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on the total weight and your delivery location. The most efficient method will be used for your order. All prices include GST and are in Australian dollars.
If you are eligible and you choose the Central Coast NSW Delivery at the checkoout, this is a free service for orders over $100. If your order is under $100 there is a $10 charge.
When will I receive my order?
For Australia Post or Sendle, most orders typically arrive within two to three business days from dispatch.
For Central Coast NSW Delivery your order will be delivered on Friday. Orders must be made by midnight on Thursday for Friday otherwise your order will be delivered the next Friday.
Can I track my order?
For Australia Post or Sendle, once your order has been processed and sent, we will email your order’s tracking number. You are then able to log on to the relevant courier service to track your order.
Central Coast NSW Delivery, we will text you the day of delivery and advise you of an estimate time of delivery. If you are not home, we will leave your order at the front door.
Insurance for Orders
Australia Post charge an extra fee for insurance, please contact us if you have chosen the Australia Post shipping option and wish to insurer your order. Sendle includes insurance for loss on all eligible parcels for no extra charge, however it does not cover damaged parcels. If you require insurance for damaged items, you can arrange this separately.
Any orders returned to sender due to goods not claimed within the required time frame or incorrect address provided, will be resent at receiver’s expense (to be paid prior to dispatch).
