Returns Policy

Additive Free Shop deem all orders sent as accepted and in accordance with the customer’s order unless the customer notifies Additive Free Shop of any goods received in error or is in an unacceptable condition. This notification must be received within two days of receipt of goods.

Additive Free Shop take care in inspecting and packing all our products, so they reach you in perfect condition. However sometimes accidents do happen in shipping. Should for any reason, the goods in your order not be in a satisfactory condition, please notify us within two working days upon receipt of goods.

Returns due to change of mind will be approved only at our discretion. Products will only be considered for refund if they are unopened and we receive them back in original, re-saleable condition. This notification must be received within two days of receipt of goods.

Returns to Additive Free Shop should follow these three steps:

1. Please email info@additivefreeshop.com.au with your name, order number and reason for return. This must be received within two days of receipt of goods.

2. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed and a return address.

3. Customers are responsible for paying return postage and no refund will be given for postage paid on the order. This postage fee will be subtracted from your refund.

If for any reason Australia Post deems a parcel undeliverable (for example an incorrect address or failure to collect from a collection point) a return fee will be incurred upon the parcel being returned to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to absorb this fee. To have the parcel resent to you will be required to pay for the return fee as well as the new shipping cost. Should you wish to cancel your returned order, a restocking fee may be charge at our discretion. The return shipping fee and original postage will be subtracted from your refund.
